Update Regarding Canada - USA Trade Relations

As you may already know, trade talks between Canada and the United States have paused. CUSMA -- the agreement by which I've been able to continue shipping to the United States, even after the repeal of de minimis -- is not scheduled to expire for another 10 years, but three Presidential Proclamations under Section 338 of the Tariff Act of 1930 have altered the list of products I can export into the US using USPS domestic mail without the application of tariffs:

Product types Just the Goods can continue to ship to the United States without tariffs:

• HS Code 3304.99: Skin/body care products
• HS Code 3305.10: Shampoo
• HS Code 3401.11: Soap
• HS Code 2106.90: Tea substitute / herbal tea

Products types Just the Goods can no longer ship to the United States:

• HS Code 3305.90: Hair conditioner / styling products (i.e. Just the Goods' leave in conditioner, Jack59's solid conditioner bars)
• HS Code 3303.00: Perfume (including all perfume oils, body spray, or other fragrance)

All products I can no longer ship to the United States will be removed from my US catalogue, which means they can no longer be purchased for shipping to the United States. In the event such products have already been purchased before they could ship ahead of these changes, I will issue product and/or order cancellations and refunds. Any products that are accidentally purchased (i.e. using a VPN) will be cancelled and refunded.

News for Canadians: The Rooted Market is Launching Soon!

While it's certainly no fun navigating changes that very directly impact daily activity, it *is* exciting to be part of new initiatives! I'd love to share with fellow Canadians information about a new marketplace and directory called The Rooted Market and The Rooted Network, respectively.
