I hope this message finds you enjoying moments of calm and connection with those you care about most.
To call this a tumultuous year would be an understatement. But, in the midst of it, I’m profoundly grateful for the chance I’ve had to become better acquainted with so many more people than ever before. I’m honoured by the messages you’ve sent including personal thoughts about shared concerns. I’m especially heart-struck by words letting me know that what I do/offer has managed to bring some comfort and consistency when things feel otherwise uncertain.
Thank you for finding Just the Goods, and thank you for reminding me of all the good in the world … that being all of you 💚 I’m so glad we’re friends!
I’ve sent out more newsletters this year than ever before and, to ensure your inbox isn’t any more packed than it needs to be, this will be my last before the end of 2025 🙂 Please find below my production and shipping schedule for December, as well as a summary of new and re-released items that may be of interest to you.

Year End Holiday Schedule
As customary, I’ll be taking time away at the end of the year to rest and recharge. Please note:
Just the Goods will be closed December 20, 2024 - January 3, 2025 for a year end holiday
Orders placed by December 13 will ship by December 19
Orders placed December 14 or later will be handmade for shipping starting on Sunday January 4, 2026 for shipping Friday January 9 or Friday January 16
Please know that delivery standards are established by carriers. If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, please consider ordering as early as possible as I'm unable to offer delivery date guarantees. Thank you so much!

Bright, bold, and refreshing 🌿 Eucalyptus mint bath salts feature beautiful mint grown in my garden blended with eucalyptus leaf and eucalyptus essential oil to create an invigorating experience
Mineral rich coarse sea salt supports skin health, as well as muscle and joint relaxation
Antioxidant and vitamin rich peppermint can hydrate and brighten skin, and improve circulation, while aromatherapeutically boost energy
Eucalyptus is antimicrobial, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory; aromatherapeutically it can help to clear the mind and uplift spirits.
What could be more lovely than a warm bath sprinkled with colourful flower petals floating like botanical confetti inspiring relaxation and tranquility, while a gently herbaceous scent emanates from the water as the flowers reveal hints of sage, lavender, and thyme.
This year's Bath Bouquet features: cosmos, painted sage, lavender and geranium that I grew in my garden + malva, jasmine and chamomile added to round out the shapes and colours 💐
This year's bath bouquet is made without essential oils to increase accessibility. If you would like lavender, chamomile, or rose essential oil added to your jar, please indicate this at checkout and I'll add some just for you 😊
Last year's gourmand scented body butter was so popular, I had to make it again! The natural chocolate scent of cocoa butter blended with a hint of sweet orange essential oil produces limited edition nut-free "chocolate orange" vegan body butter evoking a favourite winter combination 🍊🍫🧡
Is it even winter without Just the Goods’ Yule / Winter Solstice bath salts and lotion? 😉🌲
Winter solstice marks the longest night of the year after which the days slowly become longer. Festivities during this time celebrate the rebirth of the sun and honor the horned/antlered god, a symbol of natural wilderness and the cycle of life -- when the two are paired in harmony, a bountiful spring will arise. Yule is therefore the perfect time to both indulge in much needed rest and spark new ideas with those closest to you to keep you going through the remaining cold months and to be ready to hop into action when the Earth re-emerges from slumber.
The bath salts and lotion to celebrate this season are both fresh, bright, zesty and invigorating like a deep breath of crisp fresh air.
Yule sea salt soak (260 g):
Cedar tips bring confidence, strength, protection, healing, and purification
Rose petals and rose otto cultivate love and friendship, and promote domestic peace/happiness, and lasting relationships, all of which are especially helpful as we spend more time together indoors
White spruce essential oil encourages adaptability, balance, clarity, enlightenment, intuition, and memory
Yule hand/body lotion (118 ml):
Blood orange inspires creativity and imagination as well as courage and strength. Requiring the cool of the night to develop and ripen, they are a perfect metaphor for the way we ourselves can blossom during the winter months
Juniper attracts healthy energies and love. It is also calming and grounding while fostering strength and transformation through learning, harmony and community
Strawberry face mask has been a favourite both for me to create and for folks to use since it was first introduced several years ago. Made from fresh summer berries, I like to offer a portion in the summer, and the balance at the end of the when weather turns cold because it always feels like a beautiful way to hold onto the spirit of summer for just a little bit longer 😊
Kaolin is a mild yet effective clay suitable for all skin types selected for its ability to absorb accumulated oil and dirt from pores without over-drying
Pink clay includes a higher concentration of minerals such as iron and calcite to provide a little more draw as well as exfoliating benefits
Organic strawberries, preserved at peak ripeness, are high in vitamin c making them mildly astringent and thus helpful in revitalizing dull skin while slight acidity helps release excess sebum
Re-emerge from your bath with silky, moisturized skin, and an improved frame of mind. Whether you choose to enjoy the comforting scent of cocoa butter alone, or enhanced with essential oils to inspire rest or romance, a generous helping of moisturizing oils and water softening baking soda is exactly what you need! Citric acid creates a fizzing effect that helps the oils distribute nicely throughout your bath. Naturally gluten-free tapioca helps each melt hold together until you’re ready to use them.
Bath melts are available in packages of six and come in the three varieties.
Just the Goods’ bath salts draw impurities away from your skin while conditioning your bath water with sea salt, Epsom salt, and baking soda. Essential oils provide a range of aromatherapeutic sensations. These can be used any time, but are especially refreshing after a deep tissue massage.

For many people around the world, October and November are times to celebrate ancestors and their gifts to us. Just the Goods is once more offering ancestral remembrance perfume oil as a means through which to thin the veil at any time of year by deepening reflection, increasing remembrance, amplifying communication, and enhancing our ability to both receive learning and tune into our natural intuition
This perfume, of all I’ve ever created, is my personal favourite… warm, soothing, and complex. I like to make it every year for my personal use, plus a little extra for those wanting to replenish their own supply, too. However, since so many people wrote last year to let me know they were disappointed about missing out, I made an extra large batch and hope it will be enough for everyone!
